2. Eligibility

Our sessions and programs are not designed to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. 4. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations
Bookings: Services can be booked through our website or by contacting us directly.
Payments: Prices are listed in USD and are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations: We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
No-Show Policy: Missed appointments without notice will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded.
5. Refunds
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for services not yet rendered. Digital products, once delivered, are non-refundable. Event tickets may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated at purchase.
6. Digital Products and Content
When purchasing or downloading a digital product (such as guides, journal prompts, or recordings), you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only. You may not share, sell, or distribute the content without our written consent.
