Reiki
Reiki is a gentle, meditative method used to calm the chaos of everyday life through the channeling of universal energy into your energy bodies (chakras) to clear blockages that may be the cause of common issues like stress and anxiety. Sessions are an hour in length and a great way to boost your spiritual awakening and wellness journey. $90/hr
Reiki & Intuitive Wellness Guidance
All the beauty of a Reiki session and working together, we will identify the areas that block your energy flow. This includes your outlook and habits around nutrition, fitness, disease prevention/maintenance, stress management, spiritual awareness, and any other areas you feel need to be balanced.

Sound Baths
Another form of sounding healing, 432 Hz Crystal singing bowls combine the energy of quartz and sound to allow for deep relaxation and the release of stagnant energy. Sometimes accompanied by other instruments.

Grounding Breath Bundle
This session begins with singing bowls to provide a profoundly relaxing experience that will flow into a Reiki session. Continuing with this flow, tuning forks will be used for aura clearing in discordant areas. Then, we’ll take a deeper look at what is presented during your experience to allow you to maintain balance in mind, body, and spirit after a session.

Distance Reiki

Distance Reiki is a powerful method of receiving Reiki when time or distance does not allow for an in person session.

Honoring the spirit and energy of our beloved animals, who provide us love and comfort, Animal Reiki is a way to provide peace and calm to animals experiencing stress, illness, old age, etc.

Coming from Akasha, the Sanskrit word for “ether” or “atmosphere,” we will enter this sacred space to explore your questions about you.
Readings can bring about a feeling of being at peace, revived, affirmed, and lighter.
